Return Policy

At Auronez, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:  

1. Return Eligibility  
- The product must be returned immediately upon delivery if you wish to reject it.  
- You must pay the deliveryman upfront before returning the item.  
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.  

2. Return Process  
- At the time of delivery: If you decide to return the product, you must inform the delivery personnel before accepting the package.  
- Payment to the delivery man: You will need to pay the delivery charge (if applicable) before returning the item.  
- Refund processing: Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will process your refund within 24 hours.  

3. Refund Method  
- Refunds will be issued to the Bkash or Nagad used for the purchase.  
- The delivery fee will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).  

4. Non-Returnable Items  
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:  
- Perishable goods  
- Personalized/custom-made products  
- Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics)  

5. Exchanges  
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
